One tenant cannot read another
Isolation is enforced by PostgreSQL row level security, in the database, not by application code remembering to add a WHERE clause. It holds even for a query we get wrong.
Your money is yours
Payments go through Stripe Connect directly to your own connected account. We never hold your customers' funds, and we never see their card details.
Two-step verification throughout
Authenticator apps are supported for workspace logins, Media Suite accounts and platform operators alike, with recovery codes issued once.
Support access is on the record
If we open your workspace to help with a ticket, that access is written to your own activity log before we can read anything, and you can read it.
Questions
The things people ask first.
Do I need my own domain?
No. Every workspace gets its own address on our domain the moment it is created, and you can publish from there. Bringing your own domain is a later stage.
Who holds the money from a booking?
You do. You connect your own Stripe account, and charges are made directly on it. That also means refunds and disputes are yours to handle, which is the trade that comes with the money never touching us.
What happens if I do not want to show prices?
Then do not. Pricing by quote is the default: a customer asks, you send a proposal on its own link, and they accept it there. Fixed packages are a setting you can turn on and off whenever you like.
Can I add people to my workspace?
Yes. A workspace owner can create staff logins and tick exactly which capabilities each person holds, then revoke access at any time.
What is not built yet?
Galleries and photo delivery are what we are building now. After that come assistive features, a unified inbox with contracts, and analytics. The roadmap is visible inside the product, on your own dashboard.
Can I get my data out?
Your files are yours and your records are yours. Ask us and we will export them. Removing a workspace is deliberately a two-step action, and archiving it is reversible.
